Inspired by the traditional tiffin lunch boxes that are hand-delivered all over India every lunchtime, Zouk’s own take on the delicacy is back to liven up Mancunian dinner breaks across the city.
Guests can choose between the traditional tiffin curry, which comes with two curries (including veggie options), starter, samosa, chutneys, basmati rice and freshly-baked naan bread, or for those after something a little lighter, there’s the new tandoori chicken tiffin, coming with half a grilled chicken, spiced potatoes, sautéed veggies, basmati rice, curry sauce and salad. There’s also the veggie grill tiffin, which comes with sumptuous skewers of vegetables and paneer tikka.
Curries change daily, meaning there’s plenty to explore with each visit, and both options are available for just £12.95. Tiffins are served anytime between 12pm-4pm, offering city-dwellers a quick and easy lunch option that’s kind on the wallet and perfect for larger groups.
