LAUGHTERAMA returns to Castlefield Bowl this week, with five nights filled with some of the finest comedians around right now.
This year’s festival features names like Off Menu’s Ed Gamble, Frankie Boyle, Fern Brady, Phil Wang, Taskmaster sensations Sam Campbell and Bridget Christie, viral phenomena Fin Taylor and Sarah Keyworth, and Rose d’Or winner Nish Kumar among its headline names.
There’s equally as impressive support slots from Rosie Jones, cult comic/poet Tim Key, Mash Reporter Catherine Bohart, Radio 4’s Rachel Parris, stand-up wonder Fatiha El-Ghorri, Jamali Maddix, plus Manchester’s very own Rachel Fairburn and Stephen Bailey.
Breakthrough talent such as Edinburgh Comedy Award nominees Ania Magliano and Jin Hao Li, Fringe smash hit Sharon Wanjohi, and star-in-the-making Dane Buckley are also joining.
Festival co-producer Will Briggs says: “We’re thrilled to be returning to Castlefield Bowl with our biggest line-up yet. Every festival we’ve done here has been electric and this year’s is set to be an all-time great! There’s so many incredible acts on each show and we cannot wait to get started”
