This Christmas season, the Hyatt Regency Manchester invites guests to celebrate in style with a host of festive dining packages, parties and specially crafted cocktails.

With breathtaking views of the wintry skyline from the 18th floor, the Hyatt’s exclusive events space offers a twinkling cityscape backdrop for Christmas parties. Guests can choose from a selection of packages, ranging from the Twinkle Package (£50pp), featuring a festive arrival drink, finger foods, DJ and decorations, through to the Glitter Package (£70pp), which includes a three-course festive banquet and 360 video booth for a truly memorable celebration. Smaller groups can enjoy private parties on the hotel’s dedicated second-floor events space, with packages starting at £45pp.

For those seeking a more intimate dining experience, The Laureate Restaurant is serving a three-course festive set menu throughout December. Highlights include a rich wild mushroom and chestnut soup with truffle oil, turkey roulade with all the trimmings, vibrant and aromatic roasted salmon with harissa butter and a decadent orange and chocolate delice. After dinner, guests can continue the festivities in The Graduate Bar with mulled wine, fizz or a festive cocktail.

The Graduate Bar will also serve an elegant selection of exclusive yuletide concoctions, with specially curated cocktails including the Silent Night Sprizz (a sparkling tequila and coconut creation topped with prosecco), the indulgent Golden Caramel Nog, and the creamy, nutty Hazelnut Bliss. A non-alcoholic option, Jingle Juice, is also available – all priced at £11 each (£8 for alcohol-free).
