Danish lifestyle brand Søstrene Grene is set to open a new store at Merseyway Shopping Centre in Stockport this winter, bringing its signature blend of Scandinavian design and homely charm to SK1.
Known for its stylish yet affordable approach to homeware and décor, Søstrene Grene will offer Stockport’s shoppers a calming and creative space to browse thoughtfully curated products designed to make everyday life both practical and beautiful.
The new opening marks another milestone in the brand’s growing presence across Greater Manchester, following successful ventures in Altrincham and the city centre.
Inside, visitors can expect a wide selection of homewares, stationery, gifts and craft supplies, with seasonal collections arriving just in time for the festive period. From soft textiles and elegant table settings to delicate decorations and creative accessories, the new space promises a warm and inviting environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
“We’re thrilled to bring Søstrene Grene to Stockport, introducing our Scandinavian style and the hygge spirit to a new community,” says Mikkel Grene, CEO and Co-owner of Søstrene Grene. “Each store is designed as a place to explore thoughtfully curated products, where everyday living meets style, creativity and a little moment of calm. Seeing our vision reach even more communities across the UK is incredibly exciting, especially as we continue our expansion with 100 new stores planned by 2027.”
Jonathan Cooper, Country Manager for the North of England, adds: “Stockport is an important part of our growth in the North. The town has a vibrant community with a real appetite for stylish, affordable homeware, and this new store gives even more local shoppers the chance to experience the world of Søstrene Grene. From everyday essentials to seasonal collections, every visit offers something new.”
Søstrene Grene Stockport will open its doors on Fri 28 Nov. To find out more about the brand, visit the WEBSITE or follow them on Instagram @sostrenegrene
