Zouk Tea Bar & Grill has confirmed its popular Ramadan Buffet will make a return this week.

Back from Wed 18 Feb, the daily sunset buffets are designed to bring family, friends and the wider community together to celebrate Iftar.

The halal buffet provides guests with a generous spread of Zouk’s most popular dishes alongside traditional Ramadan favourites. On arrival, diners will be welcomed to their table with fruit chaat, dates, water, and a refreshing Mango Lassi, allowing those observing the fast to break it traditionally before enjoying the buffet. A warming soup of the day will also be served to guests once seated.

The Ramadan buffet is priced at £30 per adult, £15 per child (under 12), and free for children under five.

Owner Tayub Amjad said: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming customers again during Ramadan. It’s always a special time at Zouk, with families, friends and the community coming together to break their fast. Our chefs have created varied weekly menus as many guests visit more than once so they can enjoy something new each time.

“The buffet is a wonderful way to share Iftar with loved ones. Alongside our salads, starters, curries and desserts, we’ll once again be serving our popular lamb raan carvery. As always, Ramadan is also about giving back, so we’ll continue supporting local charities and organisations with meal donations throughout the month.”

Throughout Ramadan, Zouk will continue its tradition of community support by donating meals to local causes. This year includes ongoing weekly meal donations to Manchester-based charity Two Brews, which provides outreach to vulnerable and homeless individuals, alongside Iftar meal donations to local hospitals and community organisations.

Menus will change weekly, but guests can expect a wide selection, including:

  • Welcome Drink (Mango Lassi)
  • Fresh Fruit and Dates on arrival
  • Soup of the day
  • A choice of Salads and Starters
  • Three curries
  • Live Lamb Raan Carvery
  • Traditional accompaniments including Naan, Rice and Chutneys A selection of at least 10 Desserts every day

Full menus can be viewed on the dedicated Ramadan page on the Zouk website. There will be one sitting each evening at Iftar (sunset). As sunset times change slightly throughout Ramadan, buffet timings will adjust accordingly during the month. The buffet is unlimited, allowing guests to return as many times as they wish during their visit.

Due to high demand, advance booking is strongly recommended, with a £10 deposit per person required to secure reservations (redeemable against the final bill). Book your table below.
