Art Battle 2: The Quickening at Band on the Wall

In September we covered a night at 2022NQ called Art Battle, which pitted artists against each other in a Battle Royale where only the strongest survived, thanks to audience votes. It sounded amazing and thankfully was embraced by those who went – so  the second bout will now  take place at Band on the Wall, with 10 more brave artists up for the challenge of creating a masterpiece in only 30 minutes, with the audience deciding who should go through to the next round. All work is then auctioned off, giving those voting masses a chance to take home their favourite pieces. Manchester’s vibrant art scene already creates amazing works all across the city and this new breed of art competition only adds to that landscape. Don’t miss out!
