If you have friends in Brighton, ask them about Bill’s (pictured) and you will watch their face transform into a one of pure joy as they recant tales of meals and experiences they’ve had at a restaurant widely regarded as the best in the coastal city. Using seasonal fresh foods from around the local area they have set up shops in many southern towns but now the ethical goodness of Bill’s is to make an excursion up north and obviously pegged Manchester as its first stop. A fantastic addition to Manchester’s burgeoning scene for fresh and local produce, Bill’s will be welcomed with open arms to its location – to be confirmed – next to Panacea on John Dalton Street.
