A bank holiday weekend is the perfect chance to have a drink without the dread of imminent deadlines and such. So why not take full advantage of Easter by heading to Dulcimer for its five-day Beer House Project, featuring over 40 cask beers, ciders and perries. The event also incorporates a bottle bar sponsored by the Northern Quarter’s finest bottle shop, Beermoth, which will be supplying American and Belgian beers to get you hoppy and happy. Expect an amazing selection handpicked by Love Beer Festival’s booze gurus from the likes of Privateer, Weird Beard and Red Willow, as well as a specially brewed collaboration with Salford’s favourite brewery First Chop, whose DSP will be available all weekend as a one-off. The Beer House Project promises two floors full of booze – and is free to enter, so you have very little reason not to enter. Unless of course you don’t drink – but then you’ve probably stopped reading by now if that’s the case so never mind.
