Oldham Street’s Fig & Sparrow hosts a four-course a la carte menu, accompanied by a cocktail, as part of the Season’s Eatings supper club later this month. The club is the culinary brainchild of chefs Suzy Owen and Izzy Jenkins who use local, organic produce for combinations as adventurous as peas and clams, or beetroot and chocolate, in different locations around the city. Inspired by seasonal produce, and unique flavours, textures and colours, the evening promises to enhance the palette, through a delectable dining experience. Manchester’s own take on the currently hot nomadic restaurant trend, Season’s Eatings only has an extremely limited number of places, which are usually snapped up swiftly upon announcement of their menu. If you miss out this time, the club also hosts a monthly night at Trove Foods in Levenshulme – with the next outing on Thursday 5 June.
