Weekend drinks: Summer vibes at Oddest

The best time to begin is the 5pm to 7pm bargain drinks window, when, on Friday, prices on the popular Chorlton hangout’s famous cocktail menu will be slashed in half – all shaken and stirred with the approval of award-winning cocktail concocter Jody Monteith. On both Friday and Saturday, 5pm til 7pm, their Boilermaker menu offers the opportunity to match a craft beer with a whiskey while saving you money, along with plenty of other deals on wines (carafes from £9), ales (from £2.50) and spirits (from £2.50 with mixer) up for grabs to enjoy while relaxing outside on the bar’s spacious terrace. When doors eventually close at 1.30am, you’ll feel thoroughly exhausted after tune selections from So Flute’s Danuka and the Oddest Bar residents have turned the air groovy.
