Lovers of things creative should head over to the People’s History Museum this weekend for the Manchester Print Fair. This free event celebrates all kinds of printed design, including artist’s books, zines, posters, postcards, and tea towels. There will be over 50 stalls selling work by leading designers, so you’re sure to pick a something nice at an affordable price. There will also be several free workshops where you can learn skills such as origami, screen printing, letterpress, and badge making. The Fair is part of Design Manchester, a week-long arts festival which is on now at several venues around the city. There’s also a film masterclass on Monday (19 Oct) as part of the festival and a design and music masterclass at 70 Oxford Street on Thursday (15 Oct).
