Graphic novel launch: David Gaffney & Dan Berry’s The Three Rooms… at Travelling Man

Ever wondered what it’d be like to get inside someone else’s head and see the world through their eyes? Well, now’s your chance with brand-new graphic novel The Three Rooms In Valerie’s Head, which begins: “Valerie’s mind had three rooms: a front, a back, and a cellar.” When Valerie doesn’t want to dwell on something, she moves the thought into the back room – or, in the case of ex-boyfriends, into the cellar, sporadically bringing them back up into the light to try and ascertain what went wrong. This event lets you find out more about the story and its making from the author, flash fiction pioneer David Gaffney, and illustrator, acclaimed cartoonist Dan Berry, who will be signing and inking copies of the book, out on prestigious US publisher Top Shelf.
