Comedy pick: Found Footage Festival at The Patron

New York based childhood pals and comedians Nick Prueher and Joe Pickett bring a new show to Manchester this month from their vast collection of oddball VHS tapes with the Found Footage Festival. After a ten day stint at the Edinburgh Fringe (read our round up of our favourite acts appearing there) they hot foot it to the Northern Quarter for a special ‘After Dark’ show featuring the more risque and downright gross VHS videos they’ve picked up at various thrift shops and bargain bins across the US. Taking place at the new basement venue of The Patron for the perfect NY speakeasy vibes to watch footage that should almost certainly have never been committed to film.
