Head down to Islington Mill this Saturday for some perfect indie synergy as Grub Food Fair bring some of their favourite street food traders to Salford. Kicking off this weekend and then continuing on the final Saturday of every month they’ll be looking to bring some of their Mayfield vibes to the courtyard at Islington Mill. The first installment features Purely Pizza, Indian spice via Goody Gujarati, ice cream from Ginger’s Comfort Emporium, beefy goodness from Wagyu Lookin’ At?, plant based treats from Vegan Fried Chicken and the crafty concoctions of both Old Town Chimney Cakes Bakery and Bakeorama. Something for everyone in Salford.
