Get crafty with a half day course on screen printing at the Manchester Craft and Design Centre. All materials and kiln firings are included, along with complimentary refreshments. Each person will have to opportunity to create a hanging panel or two coasters during the session. Once finished, you will be able to collect the pieces a week or two after. Price start at £55 per person.
Manchester Gin are hosting a fully immersive distillery tour and gin-making experience throughout January and February. Starting with a gin and tonic in hand, you will be taken on a guided tour of the distillery followed by a gin tasting session. The second half of the experience will be dedicated to learning the art of distilling gin. You’ll be guided through the entire process, from choosing your own botanicals to distilling your own unique bottle to take home.

Ancoats favourites Pollen Bakery are hosting a sourdough workshop for beginners to help kit you out with all the skills and knowledge you need to bake your own bread at home. The workshop includes a light breakfast and a seasonal lunch, with refreshments provided throughout the day. Best of all you will get to take home all the bread you’ve made.
