Manchester techno and bass night Left, Right & Centre launched their record label last Friday (29 May) with an inaugural EP Nothing Left to Say and a virtual party. First established in 2018 as a “tough, UK favoured, techno and bass club night”, Left, Right & Centre have 15 parties under their belt and a reputation for pushing pioneering electronic sounds.  Friday’s virtual club night was hosted on their newly revamped site and featured mixes from LR&C alumni and favourites including Hanz, DJ Luz, Kessler and Mystique.

LR&C co-founder Wakil Ahmed (aka Korzi) speaks of the label launch:“We have been throwing parties in Manchester for two years now so it seems only fitting to launch the label in a similar way. The website and label launch will feature mixes from previous guests, Manchester DJ’s and some of our favourite acts, an ethos we have maintained with our events in the city.”

The 4 track EP features the UK based artists Henzo, Heritage & Delo, Josh Scott plus LR&C stalwart Korzi, and puts innovating bass front and centre. Nothing Left to Say is available to purchase now on Bandcamp for just £4. The launch also comes ahead of Bandcamp’s second fee waiving Friday of the pandemic (5 June), meaning the full cost of your purchase will go directly to the label and artists.
