Since opening their Tib Street spot what now feels like a long, long time ago, The Butcher’s Quarter have become a firm favourite for anyone after premium produce in the city.

They’ve recently gone on to collaborate with Monton favourite, Wandering Palate on a butchers-fishmonger hybrid, which has also proved a hit.

Their latest concept sees them team up with Manchester Craft & Design Centre for Butcher’s Quarter Bitesize, which is set to open on Fri 9 Dec.

The scaled-back take on the team’s usual operation will see them serving up things like hot roast sandwiches, breakfasts, artisan coffee, quality wines, cheese and charcuterie, all in the spectacularly unique setting of the Craft & Design Centre.

Head over to the Butcher’s Quarter Bitesize Insta page to see what’s going on.
