Anyone who has ever gone through the trials and tribulations of Glastonbury ticket sale day will be well aware of the crippling anxiety that the morning brings.
With well over two-million people logging in to try and bag their spot for the world’s most iconic festival, the process is far from a calm affair.
Ahead of this year’s first batch of tickets going on sale, Monton favourites Oats and Honey have announced plans for a Glasto ticket sale get-together.
Sharing details on Instagram, the team are inviting people to come in and ‘share the stress, and hopefully a bit of joy’ on Sun 5 Nov.
The team will be open for an 8am, kitting the venue out with wifi boosters to prevent dropouts. They’ll also be serving up coffee and mimosas to help get ticket hopefuls through the ordeal.
For anyone who doesn’t have a full group of six (the maximum amount of tickets each person can purchase), they’ll also be helping match people up to maximise the chances of success for all in attendance.
“The plan is to have a list of registrations on the morning so we can group up if anyone doesn’t already have a complete 6 and increase the chances a bit more.” They wrote on social media.
