Once a lone vanguard of Detroit’s 80s early techno scene, legendary DJ and producer Jeff Mills joins the Hallé for a one-off UK performance of his groundbreaking show, Light From The Outside World.
Known reverently across the electronic music world as ‘The Wizard’, Mills’ latest project offers a flawless deconstruction of the longstanding boundaries between techno and symphony, between analogue and digital, with a captivating recalibration of his classic compositions to be performed with a full, live orchestra.
