A spectacular new show that combines jaw-dropping acrobatics, adrenaline-pumping street dance and mesmeric roller skating on a giant moving treadmill comes to Lowry this month.

RPM explores the tragic, comic and absurd aspects of modern society, unravelling untold links between current problems and the UK’s troubled history.

A central theme of the new show hones in on the question of whether the UK has ever confronted its colonial past?

The performance comes from renowned contemporary circus company, Gorilla Circus, who specialise in imaginative, sophisticated high-octane works with strong narratives surrounding global issues.
