Meghan’s playful and colourful work inspired by her family and life in her hometown of County Durham, celebrates identity and culture. After winning Manchester Craft & Design Centre’s (13th) MMU Graduate Solo Exhibition Award, her first solo exhibition is 40 Years and Counting. Explore sculptures and fabrics inspired by her grandparent’s garden – as utensils and discarded machinery take on a colourful new life, and check out some of the other makers in residence as part of your visit. Plus, there’s an excellent onsite cafe too.
