Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, BCNMCR returns to Twenty Twenty Two this week, bringing with it 11 of Barcelona’s best design studios – and new to this year’s exhibition, a musical element. As well as showcasing cutting-edge talents – the exhibition features work by Brosmind, Alex Trochut, Berto Martinez, Solo, Atipus, Toormix, Clase, Folch, TwoPoints.Net, Laura Meseguer and Forma&Co – this Saturday, the venue will also be taken over by one of Barcelona’s hottest record labels, Bons Records. A special edition of Twenty Twenty Two’s regular night Beats, Bats & Beers, Bons’ Pau Roca and Gon will be stirring up a Spanish-influenced party atmosphere with deep house and disco, backed by exclusively designed live visuals from freelance designer Mau Morgo. And for those who like to ‘dance and wiff waff’, the new ping pong room will also be open all night long. BCNMCR runs from Thursday 27 March to Saturday 26 April, open from 4pm on Tuesdays through to Saturdays.
