Fans of beer and banquets are in for a special treat this week, as Scotland’s master brewers, BrewDog, team up with the Deaf Institute to host a five-course feast in their Music Hall. Served under the city’s largest glitter ball and the venue’s signature domed-wood ceiling, the menu features ales from the brewery’s roster integrated into each dish. Mini Yorkshire puddings are served with pork and sage chipolatas, tomato and apple with 5 AM amber-ale-infused chutney, while haddock is dressed in batter made with Punk IPA. There’s an extra-mature cheese rarebit, a porter-packed brownie and more.

Thu 23 Aug, Deaf Institute, 135 Grosvenor Street, M1 7HE. Tel: 0161 276 9350, 7-10pm, £20, Tickets here.
