Currently working towards a new Hot Chip album, as well as immersing in numerous collaborations – including his improvised music project, About Group – Alexis Taylor is no doubt one the most hard-working figures in the industry right now. And to top that all off, he’ll be appearing at Band on the Wall this June for a special solo show. Since releasing his first solo album, Rubbed Out, in 2008 to critical acclaim, Alexis has taken his brand of electronic pop to new heights, his most recent solo material being last year’s EP, Nayim From The Halfway Line. Taking a step away from his current tour with About Group, this show will be a rare chance to see Alexis’ distinct croon take centre stage once more, before he rejoins his bandmates for his next project. Best book soon, then.

Please note: this show was postpone from 16 June to 14 October 2014.
