Book now: Isca Wines and Into The Gathering Dusk host vermouth workshop

In the spirit of the good season and having just opened a new delicatessen in Levenshulme, Isca Wines will be holding their first collaborative event with Into The Gathering Dusk (Emma Roberts) – with plans to host a winter vermouth making workshop. Emma has gained a following with her innovative flavours and unique wild cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) that feature locally foraged ingredients. During this workshop you’ll learn the history, insight on flavours and the various making techniques of vermouth. You will be concocting your own unique creation to take home using a combination of flowers, herbs, barks, spices, fruits and bitter roots infused with some specially selected wine by Caroline Dubois (one half of Isca). You’ll be treated on arrival with a very special Into The Gathering Dusk cocktail, plus organic snacks and nibbles will also be available during the workshop and afterwards.
