Manchester’s first women’s health and wellbeing in menopause event is due to take place on Sat 05 Oct at Federation House and promises an informative and entertaining day aimed at sharing information on how to manage your menopause, no matter where you’re at on the journey. Hosted by MC and stand-up comedian Harriet Beveridge, the day-long event gathers together a selection of top women’s health professionals and inspiring speakers, each of whom will be on hand to share straightforward and evidence-based solutions and advice to help ensure you stay confident and in control. The event also plans to cover topics as varied as how to battle sleep issues and menopause at work, the roles of CBT and mindfulness, how healthy eating and nutrition can boost your energy levels, guides on improving your emotional health and more. A selection of exhibitors will also be in attendance to share their products and all attendees will get a courtesy goodie bag, filled with freebies.
