Cerviche, purveyors of Peruvian food, are travelling up from London in July to bring their South American culinary delights to Teacup. Having scoured the length of the republic for the best recipes, and combining that with the freshest fish in Britain, they have cemented themselves as one of London’s finest dining experiences. As part of a 10-date pop-up tour of the UK, they aim to introduce us to the tastes of Peru and hopefully leave some of their knowledge behind with a cooking masterclass from executive chef and founder of Ceviche Martin Morales – plus a copy of his book, which contains over 100 recipes from Morales’ own Peruvian kitchen. Space is limited and this is a one-time only dining experience (in Manchester that is) so is not to be missed for foodies.
