Curry and Coding at Longsight Library

MadLab and Woman Care are teaming up for a new ingenious event offering a casual computer coding class that takes place over a hearty curry. Aiming to help you get a bit more computer savvy, the event focuses on good-to-know topics such as computer programming and scripting, which also help improve strategic and structural ability. Primarily aimed at women – though men are also welcome – it offers a relaxed environment in which to learn new skills and make computing tasks a lot less daunting. And even if it all gets a bit much, at least there’ll be plenty of food to keep you going. The event is free (booking required), and attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop with them.
