A celebration of ‘beautiful and delicious wintery produce with a focus on seasonal ingredients and indulgent flavours’, Embankment Kitchen’s Winter Menu is the brainchild of head chef and Masterchef: The Professionals quarter-finalist, Josh Singleton.
Comprising ‘quality British dishes mixed with Italian and French influences’, the menu features a selection of hearty favourites perfect for the chillier months, including salt-baked artichoke, slow-braised beef cheek, pan-seared duck breast and more, with desserts ranging from a vibrant Malva pudding to decadent chocolate ganache.
