The team at Zouk are marking Eid al-Adha in mouthwatering fashion, as family feasting takes centre stage this weekend.

From Sat 9 Jul – Wed 13 Jul guests will be able to enjoy Zouk’s speciality Saji Roast Leg of Lamb — marinated for 24 hours before being slow-roasted and served up with spicy potatoes and sauteed veg. Priced at £80, it’s a plentiful serving designed for 4-6 people sharing.

For larger parties, there’s also the Whole Stuffed Roast Lamb. Again, marinated in a special blend of herbs and spices for 24 hours, the lamb is then stuffed with vegetable rice, slow-roasted and continuously basted throughout the cooking process to keep the meat juicy and tender.

Designed for up to 15 people to share, the price is based on the weight of the lamb (roughly £300), and the price includes all accompaniments and trimmings — vegetable pilau, heaps of roasted potatoes, sauteed veg and Zouk’s famous spicy gravy.

Want to enjoy Zouk’s roasts from the comfort of your own home? The restaurant can also prepare orders for collection — all you have to do is give them a little notice so they can get everything prepped for your home feast. Visit their website for more information on ordering for collection.
