Berliner Weisse Party at Beatnikz Republic (pictured)
Celebrate the bank holiday at Dale Street microbrewery Beatnikz Republic, as they host this weekend-long celebration of Berliner Weisse. They’ll be serving up a range of cloudy, sour beers from various international breweries such as Sweden’s Omnipollo, as well as closer-to-home brews such as the Bramble Sour from Edinburgh’s Vault City Brewing. They’ve got DJs on all through the weekend, and even a Berliner Slushie machine – great news if this weekend turns out to be a scorcher!
