Eunmi Kim Exhibition Tour at Manchester Craft & Design Centre
Our first pick of free things to do in Manchester this week is this tour, part of the Manchester Craft & Design Centre’s ‘Craft Unravelled’ series of events. The centre’s curator will take you through A Journey Home, the debut exhibition from Korean ceramicist Eunmi Kim. London-based Kim draws from both Western and Eastern influences in her work, which will be brought to life on this tour.

Brume at Fuel Café Bar
Tuesday evening, you can catch Brume – a monthly experimental, improvised music night organised by local jazz-electronica group Plume at Fuel Café Bar. For this instalment they’ve invited three more experimental groups to jam: Power jazz trio Ape Grapes, guitar-bass-drums three-piece Skwid Ink and Hunrosa Improv Squad – the side project of Ninja Tune-signed The Cinematic Orchestra frontman Sam Vicary. Arrive early to guarantee yourself a good spot.
