Respected Manchester-based artist himHallows will be pitching up in Kosmonaut this week for a live installation of his latest exhibition, Grand Tour. Drawing on his deep fascination with space, himHallows has been inspired by the Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft and their mission that began back in 1977, incorporating galactic landmarks such as the planets and moons of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune to create a total space-fest befitting of Kosmonaut’s name. This guy’s been on our radar for quite a while now, and this latest project looks set to further prove his weight in the local art scene. There’s an exhibition launch on Fri 5 Dec, but pop into Kosmonaut from Mon 1 Dec to see the work in progress.

Mon 1 Dec – Fri 2 Jan (Evening view Fri 5 Dec, 6 – 9pm), Kosmonaut, 10 Tariff Street, Northern Quarter, M1 2FF, FREE, www.himhallows.co.uk
