Comedians do Broadway night ‘Amusical’ returns to Salford, Rob Rouse falls through a Trapdoor and there’s a live podcast from A Gay and A NonGay.
The man described as a “latter-day Stan Laurel” by TimeOut, Rob Rouse comes to play at Tony Basnett’s Trapdoor Comedy this Wednesday for a midweek bonus. As seen on Upstart Crow, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Celebrity Juice and more, Rob Rouse is one of the best stand-ups in the country and is always an absolute treat, especially when he has the space to messaround like at Basnett’s welcoming gig.
Winner of the best comedy award at the British Podcast Awards in 2018, LGBTQ+ podcast A Gay and A NonGay take the difficult questions you always wanted to ask but were too scared. Comedian James Barr (A Gay) and his co-host Dan Hudson (A NonGay) dive into conversations around day to day life, differences in perceptions, homophobia, coming out, mental health and lighter topics like dating. Comedian Stephen Bailey joins them as their special guest for this one-off live show at the Manchester Podcast Festival.
