Veganism is an increasingly popular lifestyle choice, with more and more people choosing meat and dairy free options. A great way to try out veganism is to go vegan for January — known as Veganuary — and in Manchester, you’re spoiled for choice, with loads of restaurants, bars and pubs offering either fully vegan menus or substantial vegan options. We’ve rounded up a few of the best, so read on, especially if you’re planning on giving Veganuary a try this year!

Now with two locations — one in the city centre and one nearer Oxford Road on Jack Rosenthal Street, Vertigo is an entirely plant-based restaurant and cafe, offering fully vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
