After over a decade of cruising to countless trophies, collecting superstars like stamps and ruthlessly supplanting their cross-town rivals, it’s fair to say that the Etihad Stadium, home ground of Manchester City, is one of the world’s foremost destinations for beautiful football and a fever pitch European atmosphere.

From floodlit Champions League blockbusters to Premier League processions, with a stellar women’s team just across the campus, here’s how to get tickets to watch Manchester City.

Where can I buy Manchester City tickets?

As with Manchester United, who sell matchday tickets exclusively to club members, you’ll need to sign up as a Cityzen for £35 (or a junior membership for £20) to get access to tickets across league, cup and Champions League games. After that, you can purchase tickets via the website, over the phone on +44 (0)161 444 1894, with lines open 8am-8pm daily, or in person at the Man City ticket office, which is located on the first floor of the City Store on non-match days.

If all else fails, you can pick up tickets via resale websites like StubHub and Viagogo, although you’ll need to steel yourself for a hefty markup.

How much do Man City tickets cost?

Ahead of the new season, Man City have led the response to fan criticism of rising prices by announcing a remarkable reduction in matchday tickets for 2025/26.. For last season’s average Premier League game, a junior ticket near the halfway line cost £32, with an adult ticket costing £60, and both over-65s and 18-21s costing £42, with prices in certain blocks can rise to £75 for an adult and £55 for concessions. Ticket prices for the upcoming league season are yet to be fully confirmed, but the club have announced that all tickets will be between £30 and £60 -a 43% reduction for the cheapest seats and a 22% drop for the most expensive. Keep checking the City website or follow the club on socials to stay up to date with pricing announcements.

Bar tickets, which grant access to premium food and drinks, padded seats and a ‘relaxed atmosphere’, start at around £120 for a league game, while Hospitality tickets – featuring fine dining, ‘luxury surroundings’ and padded, heated seats – starts at £180.

Can anyone buy Man City season tickets?

Even after an unthinkable trophyless season for City, the cost of an Etihad season ticket remains obscenely good value for the football spectacle on offer. Amongst a wide selection of package options, from Value Silver to the ultra-premium ’93:20′ ticket tier, the standard Value Gold season ticket grants access to all 19 home games, membership rewards, priority access to away games and 190 ‘ticket points’ for £299 – £15.73 per game. It also lets you access the Ticket Transfer system, so you can give your mobile season ticket to linked friends and family for any games you can’t attend.

How do I watch Man City Women?

Man City Women offer matchday tickets to WSL games on general sale – no Cityzen membership required – starting at just £11 for adults, £5 for 16-21s and just £3 for under-16s. With English women’s football continuing its global ascendancy, it’s worth grabbing tickets while you can before the inevitable demand settles in for good.
