Join The Life Centre’s 30 Day yoga challenge this November – and win a free month of yoga!

The Life Centre on Deansgate is Manchester’s leading yoga studio. There are three yoga spaces to explore in this historic, light-filled first and second floor space and classes run throughout the day from early in the morning to late into the evening. The studio is open 7 days a week and offers new students signing up at the centre 30 days of unlimited yoga for £30 (click here for more).

Classes include the widest range of yoga and related classes available anywhere in the city, taught by the region’s best teachers. There are ‘hot’ yoga classes each day, typically 7.30am, 12.30, 5.45 and 7pm as well as Ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and many other popular yoga styles available throughout the week. Absolute beginners classes and courses available too, alongside other experiences. Why not try Yoga Book Club, Yogic Mindfulness sessions or a Yoga for Self Transformation course? Upcoming workshops include a handstand ‘playshop’ with acclaimed local teacher, Dana Baniel (Sat 26 Oct, 2-4pm, £20, book here) and two ‘Reset and Retreat Days‘ on Saturday 4 & Sunday 5 January 2020.
