A new venture from the team behind Altrincham’s Libero is set to open in Sale’s Stanley Square this summer.

Pray Tell, which will be the latest addition to Stanley Square, will specialise in local craft beers, natural wine and cocktails.

Right now husband and wife team Beth and Paul are working hard to revamp the new space around full-time jobs.

Beth, who boasts a wealth of hospitality experience including curating the beverage programme at Tine, managing Altrincham’s former cocktail haunt Riddles and most recently part of the front-of-house team at Higher Ground, has been developing the drinks offering for Pray Tell.

Guests can expect an impressive by-the-glass range of easy-drinking natural wines, aperitif-style cocktails and some of the best craft beers Manchester and the rest of the UK has to offer. There’ll also be specialised tasting sessions and a ‘booze school’.

To help them get the new bar ready for opening the team has launched a Crowdfunder, which will help them tackle bigger jobs like installing a second toilet and removing a concrete staircase. You can donate in exchange for varying levels of rewards here.
