Amusical | New Adelphi Theatre | Mon 5 Mar | 7.30pm | £5/8
After consistently selling out shows at London’s Backyard Comedy Club Kiri Pritchard-McLean and Jayde Adams have decided to bring their ‘comedians do musicals’ show up North for the night. There’s quite the roster of Mancunian comedy stars and a proper showstopper of a surprise headliner to top the night off. The venn diagram of comedians who want to be West End singers is more of a singular circle than you might have thought and this night celebrates the good and the bad. Read our full preview here.

Keith Carter as Stacey Silcox | The Bread Shed | Tue 6 Mar | 7.30pm | £3/5
Little is known of character comedian Keith Carter’s new comic creation Stacey Silcox but if his iconic scouse with ‘Nige’ is anything to go by it’ll be something special. Coming with an XS Malarkey stamp of approval too is more than reason enough to think this will be another homerun for the Liverpudlian. Rounding out a superb line up in support are BBC New Comedy finalist Catherine Bohart, Edy Hurst and Dave McLuskey.

Suzi Ruffell | The Lowry | Sun 11 Mar | 8pm | £12/10
Taking on the timely subject of class, Suzi Ruffell takes on her first full nationwide tour after a sell out run at the Edinburgh Fringe. After providing support for the likes of Alan Carr and Josh Widdecombe Ruffell is breaking out on her own with a thought-provoking hour on what it means to be working class in an art form that is often maligned for its classism and reliance on Oxbridge graduates to mould the conversation.
