Manchester’s newest students can kick off university life in suitably chaotic fashion this September, with the official Freshers Move In Party taking over Albert Hall on Sun 20 Sep.

Promising an all-out introduction to the city’s unrivalled student scene, the late-night bash is billed as the ultimate icebreaker, whether you’re arriving with your new flatmates or heading out solo in search of solace from your pernickety roomies. Expect a packed dancefloor, electric freshers energy and endless opportunities to make friends for the year – or just the evening – before the lectures have even started.

The night will feature icebreaker games, meet and mingle stickers for finding fellow students from your course or halls, plus prize pong battles and an obligatory sea of red cups. Albert Hall itself will also be transformed with freshers-themed decorations, photo walls and props, while an MC keeps the energy high throughout the night.
There will also be party Polaroids for instant souvenirs of your first big night at university, giving you something to remember the evening by once the freshers haze eventually lifts.
Book tickets below.
