Fri 17 Mar: Me Gusta @ Deaf Institute
Latin and Afro sounds abound at Me Gusta, veering away from their residency at Hold Fast to visit giant disco-ball specialists The Deaf Institute in order to host UK afro supergroup Afriquoi, combining live drumming with a DJ set. Joining the percussive madness is Berlin-based DJ and producer Daniel Haaksman, who makes his Manchester debut.

A future beats melange down in the Hold Fast basement, where the vibe is always nice. Soulful, quirky bass selections from Parisian Senpu heads up the night, but the excellent selections of Whoeva? (including his own productions) will also blow your mind. With KinKai on the mic and a plethora of guests, expect a welcoming family flavour and music to open your ears to.
