The National Football Museum reopens on Wednesday (10.30am) for the first time since the Manchester attack – and will spend their first reopened Saturday cheering on the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund. All donations on Saturday (3 Jun) will go towards the campaign, which raises cash for those affected by the events of last week. Every ‘I Love Mcr’ fridge magnet sold will put money in the pot too. And if you’re feeling especially creative this half term, get your family to make their own badge at the museum, with all proceeds scoring even more cash for the good cause. If you’re not travelling light, it’s worth being aware that bag checks are in place, and there will be no cloakroom facilities. Don’t miss the museum’s guided tours taking place during the day (11am & 3pm).
