An eye for fashion, a taste for food & drink and an ear for music combine at Common bar, as Oi Polloi’s monthly Pica Sounds residency begins on Thursday 26 May. The vendors of the most tasteful threads on Thomas Street are also behind the decks, and, over the coming months, will extend invitations to their DJing pals. On the billing for May is 50% of Demdike Stare, Sean Canty, whose music archives are stupendously eclectic. It’s certainly one to sup a pint over, whether or not you’re a dedicated follower of fashion.
