After the success of their first BBQ bash at The Beagle back in May, Manchester-based folk label Red Deer Club are heading back to Chorlton for another round. Last time saw the likes of Songs For Walter, All We Are, Literature Thieves and Aidan Smith christen The Beagle’s popular al fresco space with its first performances of live music. This time the line-up features Suttree, Macclesfield-based Racing Glaciers (video below), 1960s folk-influenced fairy Rachel Hillary (pictured) and Samandtheplants, whose folk style channels the psychedelic vibe often found in trippy film soundtracks. With an eclectic mix of live folk, food from Guerrilla Eats, ace beers on tap and music from DJs taking you through to the evening, you can park yourself down and be sorted for the day.
