Revealed: Zouk and Runaway Brewery unveil menu details for paired tasting menu event

Full details have been revealed for Zouk and Runaway Brewery’s paired tasting menu event due to take place at Zouk’s Chester Street venue on Wed 27 Nov. Attendees are in for a treat, as these experts in Indian delicacies and locally-made craft beer serve up a six varied dishes accompanied by six complimentary brews. To start off, visitors will be treated to a plate of popadoms and pickles with a mango and scotch bonnet sour that’s sure to kick things into gear, before being served samosa chaat and a Runaway pale ale, Tandoori Haddock and a summer saison, a chilo kebab alongside a Smoked Porter and a plate of chicken kofta curry with an easy-drinking table beer. Zouk and Runaway don’t stop there – for the duo’s big finish, they’ll dish up a Mumbai Mess AKA a deconstructed cheesecake with fresh raspberries, cream and crunchy biscuit – with Runaway’s special Oolong Tea brew. As if these six delicious dishes weren’t enough to tempt you down, those in attendance will also get the chance to purchase Runaway beers on the night and impact the flavor of a new bespoke drink marking Zouk and Runaway’s debut collaboration.
