Looking for ways to fill the time this summer holidays? RHS Garden Bridgewater will play host to an array of family-friendly activities designed to get everyone out and exploring.

Running until Sun 4 Sep, visitors can join daily Explorer Quests, in which you embark on a trail of adventures, completing a series of challenges as you go.

There’s Interactive Storytime with ZooLab, with sessions led by the resident experts who’ll tell tales of garden adventure, and introduce participants to the mini-beast characters who star in the stories.

Toddler Tuesdays offer 0-4-year-olds the chance to head out on a fun welly walk complete with storytime, while Wellbeing Wednesdays invite guests to connect with nature in a sensory wander through the garden.

The Big Bug Hunt invites visitors to grab a magnifying glass and join the Education Team in a search for all the different kinds of creepy crawlies that call the garden home and Wild Wings Birds of Prey will introduce an array of incredible birds as they take flight through the spectacular setting.

Finally, there are also planting and craft activities running throughout the season, where kids can get creative and make their own nature-inspired creations.

For more information, and times of each session, visit the RHS Bridgewater website. Activities are included with garden admission unless stated otherwise. Occupation Rd, Worsley, Manchester M28 2LJ
