Selective Hearing’s Clubs of the Week ft Karma Kid + the REAL warehouse project

We asked our friends at forward-thinking club night, Selective Hearing (Scuba, Martyn and Loefah are just a few previous guests) to line up their favourite nights and producers playing Manchester this week. They’ve done us proud with a selection to keep the most frenzied clubber on their toes, rounded off with their own old school warehouse party.

Levelz ft Mouse Outfit | Antwerp Mansion | Tue 1 Oct | 10pm-3am | £2/£5
This new club night/collective showcasing the finer side of Manchester’s music scene is headed up by the man behind Hit’n’Run, Rich Reason.  Levelz brings together some of the best producers, DJs and MCs Manchester has to offer, including Dub Phizix, Biome, Jonny Dub, Black Josh & Sparkz. It’s a new weekly thing going off at Antwerp Mansion, and generally looks like it’s gonna be a load of fun. They’ve got the multi talented Mouse Outfit performing live for the first one.

Coded Rhythm ft Karma Kid | Joshua Brooks | Thu 3 Oct | 10pm-4am | £6
On Thursday, our mates over at Coded Rhythm have got young gun producer Karma Kid playing at Joshua Brooks, if you’re into your Bondax-esque music, you’ll love this, to top it off its also happens to be their first Birthday, big up Coded Rhythm.

BPM bring Terror Danjah to the Roadhouse as part of a Formula Records showcase supported by Champion and their residents. If you like your grime, UK funky and Bass music, this is the one for you, and it’s at The Roadhouse, which is always a bonus.

Selective Hearing Warehouse Party ft Basic Soul Unit | Secret Location | Sat 5 Oct | 11pm-6am | £10
This Saturday (5 Oct) sees us go in with our third bring your own booze secret warehouse party (pictured). We’ve got a great line up, consisting of Tom Demac and Basic Soul Unit both playing live (it’s also his debut in MCR), and all the way from NYC we have another debut in the form of the extremely exciting and very talented Anthony Naples. Supported by a selection of our residents, Bam, Olsen and RjFletcher and some stunning live visuals courtesy of Bones. It’s nearly sold out so should be a great party.
