Manchester’s cyclists are set to benefit from training sessions thanks to Freewheeling, a free scheme organised by the country’s largest cycle training company. BikeRight! is inviting any Manchester resident aged 16 and over to sign up for sessions, aimed at complete beginners through to advanced bike users. It is hoped that 500 local cyclists will benefit from the scheme over the coming year. The sessions, available at four different levels, are offered during the day midweek, early evenings and at weekends, at BikeRight!’s training facility in Openshaw. Bikes and helmets are available for the sessions, and each participant can take up to three sessions.
