Fred Perry is gearing up to open a huge flagship store on the ground floor of Afflecks Palace. Moving from their previous home on Police Street, Fred Perry’s new 2820 sq ft space will take over the double corner unit connecting Oldham Street and Church Street. Due to open its doors in Summer 2021, their spacious flagship venue will take its aesthetic cues from its new alternative cultural neighbourhood, celebrating aspects of the area’s past, present and future.

The latest arrival to the Northern Quarter’s retail scene joins fellow fashion retailers like Ace and Tate eyewear and Carharrt clothing which recently set up shop on Oldham Street over the past few years. It also forms part of  Bruntwood Works’ continued commitment to invest in Afflecks presence in the area, with hopes that this new Fred Perry store will compliment the other small, independent traders operating within this iconic Northern building.
