This Wednesday marks Ukrainian Independence Day and Manchester’s Ukrainian Cultural Centre will be marking the occasion with a day filled with family-friendly activities.
There will be Ukrainian food, traditional dancing and music alongside children’s entertainers, arts & crafts and a DJ.
The Ukrainian Centre host this event every year but for this year’s edition they’ve partnered with 2022 Our Year (a year dedicated to supporting children and young people) to make it extra special.
The event welcomes everyone in the local community and gives families the opportunity to celebrate and learn more about Ukrainian culture.
Free to attend, activities will run from 12.30pm-9pm.
